Harvest season begins in March and can last until late May depending on weather conditions. It is an annual crop. We ensure that seeds are dry to prevent moisture that can produce mold.
There are 2 harvests per year. The first one is from July to September and the second one is October and November regularly. Depending on weather conditions this may vary. The 2nd harvest is much smaller than the 1st one.
